Production and Shipping Time 2021

Current from-order-to-ship times are around 15-25 working days. If you need the item for a special event, please contact us so that we can see if we can get it to you sooner. Occasionally we can get items out faster if we have the fabric print on hand.

Times are unpredictable, and things may take longer. We know you are excited to receive the item and will try to get your order out as soon as we can while making sure we are producing the highest quality. 

Once we receive your order, We start processing materials, and start sewing once fabric has been received. 

There are no refunds/cancellations later than 24 hours after order has been placed. 

International orders may incur customs fees. We are not responsible for these fees, also if the item is returned to us due to non-pick up.

We ship via USPS and you will get a tracking number as soon as your item ships. 

Returns & Exchanges

As of Jan 2022 we are currently closed and not accepting any refunds or exchanges. 

Each dress is specially printed, individually sewn by hand.

We are dedicated to delivering you a high quality special product that you will wear over and over again! Being in business since 2013, we've delivered thousands of dresses to dozens of countries worldwide. 

Returns are only accepted if a request is made within 3 days of the item being delivered to you as confirmed by tracking. Item must be mailed back within 14 days after a return label has been sent to you. No refunds will be given if the 14 day return window has passed.

We also ask you not order multiple sizes in the expectation to send back the others. As a small independent operation we simply cannot afford to absorb the cost like that of large companies.

We reserve the right to refuse a return in the case an item has been damaged, worn, ripped, strongly smelled, stained (makeup/deodorant etc.)Masks are non-refundable. Anything that has been customized (shorter hem, sizing etc) is non-refundable. If the fault is on us for sending you the wrong item we will gladly refund or exchange.

In order to initiate a return, please contact Holly directly at contact@shenovafashion.com for instructions. 

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out or a refund will be issued.

Sizes vary between brands, so even though you may wear a certain size in another brand, consulting the size chart is the best way to predict how the fit will work for you. 

All of our dresses are cut at the following measurements:

Fabric stretches up to 1" comfortably past these dimensions We recommend not ordering too small a size due to the fact that the inks are printed on top of a white base fabric.

We use a heat-transfer dye sublimation process. Colors are vibrant and fade resistant. Inks are non-toxic and water based.
