The founder and CEO of Sugar Gamers, Keisha is a multi-faceted entrepreneur who has translated her passion for technology and video games into an online community that strives to break down many of the barriers that people of color, women, and LGBTQ individuals may experience in the tech industry. Under her brilliant guidance and dedication, Sugar Gamers facilitates after-school programs, networking events, and gaming get togethers.
Additionally, Keisha recently began a second company as the chief architect behind The BlazeBreakers, a digital marketing agency.

It’s About Time–that was the theme of the TEDxRVAWomen conference. It took place from October 26-28th in Richmond, Virginia. With a stellar line-up of female community, business, and academic leaders, the conference celebrated women as a community, as the speakers shared their own personal stories and experiences. The sold out event featured presentations by 13 women in industry-wide positions of influence who were selected through community outreach. Using their diversity as a strength, these women are paving the way in changing the conversation the experience of being a woman–and it’s certainly about time.
